These terms apply when you use carkeyreplacementjax.com or request service from Car Key Replacement Jax. Using the site or booking a job means you accept them.

Service requests

• Quotes given by phone are based on the information you provide. If the vehicle, key type or situation on-site is materially different from what was described, the price may change — we'll explain why and agree on it with you before starting the work.
• Service availability depends on distance, traffic and workload. Arrival estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
• We may decline a job at our discretion — for example, where we cannot verify authority over the vehicle or where the work would be unsafe.

Proof of ownership

For all-keys-lost jobs, opened vehicles, and similar work, we require government-issued photo ID and reasonable proof of ownership or authority (registration, title or comparable documentation). This protects vehicle owners, and it is not negotiable.

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but prices, coverage and capabilities can change; what we confirm with you on the phone for a specific job is what applies. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
